Just for the Bride and Groom :
An intimate ceremony for just the bride and groom followed by a champagne toast and cake cutting. Package includes ceremony performed by local Officient, bridal bouquet with matching Boutonniere for the Groom, a bottle of sparking wine, carnival champagne flutes, a wedding cake with Keepsake Topper, recorded wedding march music na photograph service. ( wedding photos available for purchase at reasonable prices)
Package will accomodate a maximum of 8 guests ONLY, including the bride and groom.
Welcome Aboard Package:
For a special gathering of family and friends, this package offers the ceremony with a One- Hour reception.Package includes: Ceremony performed by a local Officient, a bottle of sparking wine, Carnival Champagne flutes, Bridal Bouquet with matching Boutonniere for the Groom, one- hour open bar with Hot & cold hors D'oeuvres, Champagne toast, two - tier wedding cake, cake server and coffee service. Recorded wedding March music and photograph service. ( Wedding photos available for purchase at reasonable prices)
Package will accomodate up to 20 guests, including the Bride and Groom. Additional guests may attend at the extra coast of $ 22.00 per person. Package fees pertain to all attendees,
Deluxe romance Package:
For an unforgettable celebration, this package offers the ceremony with a one and a half-hour reception. Package includes: Ceremony performed by a local Officient, a bottle of sparkling wine, carnival Champagne flutes, bridal bouquet with matching Boutonniere for the Groom, one and a half-hour open bar with hot & cold Hors D'ouevres, Champagne toast, two-tier wedding cake, cake server, coffee service, ice carving. Recorded wedding March music and photograph service. ( Wedding photos available for purchase at reasonable prices)
Package will accomodate up to 20 guests, including the Bride and Groom. Additional guests may attend at the extra coast of $ 24.00 per person. Package fees pertain to all attendees,
The Ceremony and Wedding Luncheon :
Package includes the same items as listed in the "just for the Bride and the Groom package" with a luncheon service in the ship's elegant dining room. Luncheon menu consisting of ( one each) appetizer, pasta, main entree with vegetable, dessert, wedding cake, house winw, Champagne Toast, coffee and tea.
Package will accommodate up to 8 ( eight) guests, including the Bride and the Groom. "Additional guests may attend at the extra cost of $ 34.50 per person and $ 17.50 for kids under 12 years of age. Package fees pertain to all attendees and does not include dance music or open bar in the dining room. In the event there are multiple weddings the day of your wedding, exclusivity of the dining room cannot be guaranteed. Menu options will be mailed to you at the time of booking.
"ON ISLAND"WEDDING PACKAGE DESCRIPTION
Traditional ceremony for just the Bride and Groom followed by a Champagne toast and cake cutting served on site. Package includes: ceremony performed by non-denominational wedding officient, a bottle of sparkling winw, carnival flutes, a wedding cake presented with fine linens, China and crystal, tropical floral bridal bouquet with ,atching Boutonniere for the Groom, recorded island or traditional music and photograph service
( wedding photos available for purchase at reasonable prices).
Round trip transfers ( island taxi) to the wedding site for the Bride and Groom ONLY. ( Additional may attend na extra cost)

Due to limited space all wedding reservations will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Reception rooms will be subject to availability.
Weddings must be booked no later than 35 days prior to sailing. Only carnival's "Fun Ship"Wedding Department can confirm the wedding date and location of your ceremony and reception.
Booking a "Fun ship"wedding: Carnival "Fun ship"Wedding Department is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 6.00 p.m
EST. All wedding couples should book their Carnival Cruise prior to booking their "Fun Ship"wedding package. Our "Fun Ship"wedding coordinators will assist you with the planning stages of your wedding such as the time and location of your ceremony, reception, guests lists, floral upgrades, wedding cakes, live entertainment, tuxedos, photograph services and video packages. A local wedding Officiant ( Notary) will perform your ceremony. A Licencing Coordinator will assit you i obtaining your marriage licence through the mail
( where applicable ). You will be contacted by your Wedding Officiant closer into the sailing to coordinate all your ceremony details and explain the days events from the time you arrive to the completion of your ceremony.
Phone orders: Full payment is due at the time your wedding is booked with a credit card ( all major credit card accepted). You may book your wedding by contacting a "Fun Ship"Wedding Coordinator by phone at 1-800-933-4968, by fax 1-800-638-1646. Mail orders: advance reservations are required.
Due to limited space, if you wish to send a travel agency check or money order, your book will be put on hold for 48 hours. No notice of cancelation will follow. Please call and check availabilty before mailing payment.
Sorry no personal checks accepted. All payments for wedding programs must be made payable to Carnival Cruise Lines at MSSE203N P.º Box 025431, Miami, Fl 33102 . Attention "Fun Ship" Wedding Department.
Please have the following information available when calling in your reservation and be sure to include this information if sending a payment through the mail: Carnical bookin number, couple's name, home address, phone number and number of attendees.
Pre- Cruise Travel Arrangements:
Carnival Cruise Lines strongly recommends that the bridal party arrive at least one day prior to sailing to avoid late flights etc. on their wedding day. Coming in the day before is not a requirement for the wedding program , only a suggestion. Anyone using the Carnival's Fly Aweigh Program may need to deviate their flights in order to ensure arrival in time for priority boarding.. Early flights the day of sailingMay not be available due to airline availability or scheduling. Travel arrangements such as flight times, transportation to the pier from the airport and/or hotel are NOT arranged by Carnival's "Fun Ship"Wedding Department. Your travel agent must make arrangements with Carnival's air Sea Department to coordinate your flight times, flight deviations and Carnival's pre-cruise packages as soon as possible. The non- refundable charge for the service is $35.00 per person ( subject to change), plus any additional airline charge. This service is available for all guests under deposit until 45 days prior to sailing.
Priority Check-In : Priority boarding is provided for couples being married the day of embarcation, once the ship is cleared by U.S. Customs. All wedding ceremonies are timed and coordinated for the time allotted for your specific package.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU NEED TO BE AT THE OIER AT THE TIME INDICATED BY YOUR COORDINATOR FOR PRIORITY BOARDING. PLEASE BE PROMPT. Couples been married later in the cruise will follow general boarding procedures.
Wedding guests: The remainder of the Bridal Party and all wedding attendees will follow regular embarcation procedures. Non saling guests will need to disembark immediately following the ceremony/ reception in the embarcation ports of Tampa, New Orleans, San Juan and all outports.
Your final list along with payment is due to Carnival no later than 3 weeks prior to sailing. Guest's cancellation within the week of sailing will be considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
The Wedding Ceremony: Civil ceremonies are performed in English by a Notary Public Ceremonies in the Ports of St. Thomas, Galveston, New Orleans, California, Barbados, Nassau, Jamaica and Gran Cayman are non denominational and performed by a miister.
Weddings are NOT performed on deck, at sea in the cabin or by the Ship's Captain. A witness can be provided if necessary. For those who have purchased a Florida, California, New Orleans, Galveston, Jamaica, Gran Cayman, Nassau Barbados or San Juan package you will find na outline of your ceremony within this packet. ( Our local representative in St. Thomas will mail ceremony information to you directly) .Please complete information in its entirety and return it to the address provided on the forms. Our local Representative performing your ceremony, answer additional questions and explain the days events from the time you arrive to the completion of your ceremony. Sorry due to time constraints ceremony changes can not be permitted the day of the wedding.

Times and Locations: All ceremonies are performed in port before the ship sail. Carnival has chosen several locations on board at which to have your Wedding Ceremony/ Reception. Location are determined based on the number of guests attending, length of reception and entertainment requests. Carnival will make every effort to honor specific "requests"for locations and times, however in the event there are multiples wedding on that day, requests will be considered on a first come, first serve basis. Ceremony are scheduled and confirmed within two weeks of sailing,
All times are approximate and can be delayed due to unforeseen events.
Licencing Requirements: All wedding couples are responsible for obtaining their own marriage licence. You must obtain a licence from the state or on which the marriage is performed.
All licence fees are priced separately from our "Fun Ship"Wedding Packages and are paid at the time you submit your pre-application. All licencing fees are non-refundable. Carnival's "Fun Ship"Wedding Department will mail further information explaining how to obtain your marriage licence at time of booking.
In order to obtain the appropriate marriage licence through the mail, all wedding couples should book their wedding package no later than 60 days prior to sailing, to allow ample time for processing.
Couples will be responsible for obtaining their own marriage licence if package is purchased within 30days of sailing. In Florida all Wedding Licence Applications received within 30 days of sailing are subject to a $ 50.00 late fee.
Renewal of Vows:
Proof of valid marriage is required prior to performing your vow renewal.
Same wedding packages apply except licence fees.
Cancelation Policy:
Written confirmation must be received in our office by the date specified below if you wish to cancel your wedding.
Wedding must canceled separately from your cruise. Cancelation policy is as follows:
3.4 and 5 Day Cruises: Full refund if canceled 61 days prior to sailing. $ 50.00 cancellation charge 60 to 30 days prior to sailing. $ 100.00 cancellation charge to 29 to 8 days prior to sailing, no refund if canceled within 7 days of sailing.
7 Day Cruises: Full refund if canceled 71 days prior to sailing. $ 100.00 cancellation charge 70 to 30 days prior to sailing. $ 200.00 cancellation charge to 29 to 8 days prior to sailing, no refund if canceled within 7 days of sailing.
10 Day or Longer Cruises: Full refund if canceled 76 days prior to sailing. $ 150.00 cancellation charge 75 to 46 days prior to sailing. 50% of total wedding charges 45 to 15 days prior to sailing, no refund if canceled within 14 days of sailing.
Change in Itinerary:
"Fun ship"Wedding Department reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any wedding to any time and for any reason whatsoever without prior notice, and shall not be held liable for any inconveniences caused to our guests by reason of such cancellation or rescheduling.
Sales Tax:
All weddings taking place at any of our US Port are subject to Sales Tax.
It is understood and agreed that Carnival Cruise Lines Inc., The Wedding Experience, Wedding Specialties by Mary, Fantasia Occasions and/or Island Dream Weddings shall not be liable and denies responsability in the event a scheduled wedding cannot take place or is delayed due to circunstances beyond our control. In the event of cancellation Carnival Cruise Lines Inc., The Wedding Experience, Wedding Specialties by Mary, Fantasia Occasions and/or Island Dream Weddings will not be held liable for any loss incurred on the part of wedding guests accommodations and their transportation prior to the ceremony.
