Please Read Before You Book a Tour

All packages are required to participate in a 90 minutes sales presentation at a Time Share Resort. Complimentary Breakfast will be served for you and your party. To be eligible you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Attendance at a 90 minutes sales/tour is required.

  • If married or living together, both spouses must attend the presentation together.

  • Must be between the ages of 23-65.

  • Must have annual gross income of US$40.000.00 or greater.

  • Must travel with one of the following major credit cards or checkbook: VISA  - MASTERCARD  -  AMEX  -  DISCOVER

  • Single female must be between the ages of 30-65

  • Must have an annual gross income of US$30,000.00 or greater.

  • Must travel with major credit card or check book.

  • All guests are required to stay one night at one of the participating resorts/hotels.

  • All guests are required to show ID upon touring our resort.
